Terms of Use

These are the terms for using the Helm PTZ app. The same terms are in the app under Settings, Terms of Use.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and the maker of Helm, and not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to Helm. These terms add to it. Where they differ, these terms apply to the NDI® software described below.

2. NDI® software in Helm

Helm includes NDI® software from Vizrt NDI AB ("NDI"). NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. Learn more at ndi.video.

You may not, and may not let anyone else:

modify the NDI software, NDI products, or any part of them;
reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or recompile the NDI software, NDI products, or any part of them, or any protocol they use, whether sent or received over a network or used inside the device, or try to do so;
get around any technical limits in the NDI software or NDI products;
remove, hide or change any notice or label in or on the NDI software or NDI products.

3. No warranty from NDI

NDI and its licensors give no warranty of any kind for the NDI software or for Helm. All warranties on their behalf are disclaimed.

4. No liability for NDI

To the extent the law allows, NDI and its licensors are not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, that come from using Helm or the NDI software.

5. Export

You will follow all United States export laws and regulations, and will not export or re export Helm or any part of it, directly or indirectly, in breach of them.

6. If you build products with Helm

If you use Helm to develop other products, those products must follow the NDI SDK license, keep current and complete NDI® compatibility, and include the terms in sections 2 to 6 in their own end user license agreement.
